Scott Tillema is a retired SWAT hostage negotiator, trained by the FBI and at Harvard University. He has over twenty years of law enforcement experience.
As a founding partner of The Negotiations Collective, Scott now speaks on how to use the power of life saving negotiation principles to create business success.
Personally, Scott lives outside Chicago with his family, 2 cats, & 2 dogs. He is a drummer, pianist and enjoys listening to and making music. Scott is a proud Wisconsin native but enjoys traveling the world speaking on all things connection. One secret about Scott... His true love is Taco Bell and his favorite food is the Mexican Pizza!
